SECURING YOUR SHROPSHIRE VINTAGE PHOTOGRAPHY
So you want to book Twig’s Branch for your photography, hurray! (May we say you have awesome taste).
To book any of our photography packages all we need is the relevant deposit and a signed contract, once we receive these your booking is confirmed.

For weddings and large events our booking fee is £350. Any remaining balance is then due in two equal instalments, one to be made 1 month prior to the event and the final payment to be made upon viewing your photographs and prior to any release of images or any printed/personalised products being ordered.
For single shoots (boudoir, lifestyle, corporate) our booking fee is 50% of the total cost for packages over £150. Any remaining balance is then due upon viewing your photographs and prior to any release of images or any printed/personalised products being ordered (did anyone else just get a sense of deja vu?) For packages under £150 the full cost is due at time of booking.
Once we accept your booking fee and signed contract, apart from being uber-excited to work with you, we will also then turn away any other business for your specified date. For this reason the booking fee is non-refundable.
Your deposit is, however, transferrable subject to cancellation notice being received at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
In the unlikely event that Twig’s Branch Photography has to cancel an agreed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, the full amount of the booking fee and any further payments received will be returned to the client.
First things first, we understand life happens and there may be circumstances that mean you are unable to go ahead with your booking - don’t worry, we’ll always do our best to reschedule where possible (because we’re nice people and making people cry isn’t our bag). The earlier we know about any potential problems, the better, so drop us a line as soon as you can. Should you still need to cancel then the following fees will apply:
For weddings/large events
Notice received 365 days prior to the Event date or more: Booking Fee only
Notice received less than 365 days but more than 182 days: 50% of the agreed balance due will be payable
Notice received of 182 days or less: 100% of the agreed balance will be payable
For single shoots (lifestyle, boudoir, corporate) and small events
Notice received 28 days prior to the Event date or more: Booking Fee only
Notice received less than 28 days but more than 48 hours prior to the Event: 50% of the agreed balance due will be payable
Notice received 48 hours or less: 100% of the agreed balance will be payable.
Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer but we also accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as Apply Pay and Android Pay via iZettle.
