When James & Danielle's original photographer didn't work out we were thrilled that they came to us for their Shropshire vintage wedding photography.
The wedding took place on Friday 13th October at the Park House Hotel in Shifnal, Shropshire and the day certainly lived up to its superstitious hype with a number of ill-fated events!
But, despite the hitches in getting hitched, it was an amazing day and, as you can see, James and Danielle's devotion to each other was written all over their faces.
Being a photographer, it's important to be able to adapt to what's going on around you and to be there for the couple - and that doesn't necessarily mean just taking photos. The bride and groom may need some space if things don't quite go to plan, or you may need to liaise with the venue's wedding co-ordinator or guests to help get things back on track.
One of our favourite phrases here at The Branch is 'if Plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters of the alphabet!'
Until next time Branchettes!
